Amazing week

What an amazing week.  Nothing to do with weddings, but last week I had the privilege of visiting Nhulunbuy and Yirrakala in East Arnhem Land.  It is a very remote area and the people living there have a lot of challenges, but it seemed like a beautiful, peaceful place and the people we met were really lovely.  My fulltime job is as General Manager of Peer Support Australia and we are hoping to bring the Peer Support Program to East Arnhem Land.  The schools were very receptive and we look forward to supporting them in their journey in developing future community leaders.

Zara and Mike had a lovely day and a great turnout for their wedding on Saturday.  My stepson, who is in the Lothian and Border Police Force and serving in Scotland was on duty for the day. The first Royal Wedding in Scotland in 20 years.
